Here are a few new small works that I drew during the portraiture class that I taught at Lake Tahoe Community College this past spring. It was a great class with some really talented students. I've been having fun drawing on a much smaller scale, Paul is 4"X4" and Debbie is 8"X10". On the flip side, I just started a 30"X40" landscape in oil- so fun!

Long time no post...

I'm back!! Since the last time I posted, I've been a busy lady. I've had a baby girl among other things. SO... now I'm getting back in the saddle and will be around much more frequently.

Here's the annual Steamer's sweatshirt I made for the polar bear plunge. One year I have to actually do the freezing dunk and earn my shirt, but until then I get the token artist freebie.

I've recently found out that I'm teaching a portrait drawing class at Lake Tahoe Community College this Spring '09 quarter which I'm very excited about. Working from the model is one of my absolute favorite things to do so I couldn't ask for a better class.

Polar Bear CLub

Here's a sweatshirt design I just finished for a polar bear club here in Tahoe. They're jumping in the lake on New Year's day and giving them out as gifts... crazy!
